RIASSUNTO
This thesis aims to increase the level of food safety information. The combining of food safety information, Internet of Things, triple-play environment and cloud computing is not only can obtain the first-hand information and data of food safety regulatory from the Internet of Things, but also can obtain from the computer network, telecommunication network and television network. Furthermore, it can break the limit of time and space for users to submit information and results by triple-playing a variety of heterogeneous networks and terminals, meanwhile, it provides massive data storage and calculation. At first, this thesis introduces the background and significance of the research. Later, it introduces the connotation and concept of food safety and outlines how to develop food safety by using technology. Then, it researches the way and method of combining of food safety, cloud computing, Internet of Things and triple-play environment respectively. Finally, it makes a summary.
