Static spectrum allocation is driven by the need to minimize interference and serve as dedicated broadband access for mobile services that already created a huge telecommunication ecosystem. Spectrum sharing requires the deployment of communication systems that use the radio resources opportunistically without interfering with the primary users while still maintaining the equality of access among secondary users. The IFS utilizes TV White Spaces (TVWS) network to deliver various kinds of business services. By using the range and penetration advantages, coupled with potentially abundant bandwidth, TVWS offers IFS the network transmission efficiency, which current 3G and Wi‐Fi service providers are finding difficult to offer. I‐Man facility sprinter (IFS) can be used to replace the physical deployment of manpower to the building premises. Multiple IFSs deployment will form a mesh network of high efficiency and connectivity by utilizing the TVWS technology.
