DESCRIZIONE
The present invention relates to a method for preparing foods comprising a base of rice, where the method comprises the steps of boiling and setting aside the stocks, oils and/or fats derived from cooking a first group of ingredients until reducing them obtaining a viscous fluid for the subsequent mixing thereof with a second group of solid ingredients and an amount of raw rice, obtaining a single mixture, and finally mixing said single mixture with a third group of uncooked ingredients ready to be packed and sterilized in one or more containers to be put up for sale and marketed, and all this ready to be heated and served for consumption, conserving all the flavor of the prepared product.
