DESCRIZIONE
Snack bar (I), for the immediate consumption, comprises cereals, dry meat, dry fish or the products manufactured from them and/or dry cheese, a binding system comprising water, plant fat, glycerin, lecithin and sugar components along with vinegar and thermo-reversible methyl cellulose, sugar substances or long-chain hydrocarbons, preferably trehalose with less sweetening ability and flavors. An independent claim is included for the production of the meat snack bar comprising forming a binding system from water, plant fat, glycerin, lecithin and sugar components; mixing cereals with a coating combination of dry meat, dry fish, their products and/or dry cheese, spices and flavors, or joining the cereal mixture together with the binding system during the compaction process.
