A process for producing a fish meal with inhibited oxidation characterized by comprising adding a distillation/deodorization scum of a vegetable oil, or a distillation/deodorization scum of a vegetable oil together with ascorbic acid, its salt or its ester. An antioxidative composition for a fish meal which contains a distillation/deodorization scum of a vegetable oil, or a distillation/deodorization scum of a vegetable oil together with ascorbic acid, its salt or its ester. A feed produced by starting with a fish meal containing a distillation/deodorization scum of a vegetable oil, or a distillation/deodorization scum of a vegetable oil together with ascorbic acid, its salt or its ester.
