DESCRIZIONE
The present invention relates to an edible food conditioning film and to its active, biodegradable manufacturing process composed of bioactive ingredients such as ethanolic and hydroethanolic fractions of seaweed for application in food matrices with high fat content susceptible to oxidation, namely fish fat freezer.
In addition, the present invention aligns the physical and biochemical protection of the food product to the ease of consumption, since it is edible, being possible its confection and consumption simultaneously with the food matrix where it is applied.
