RIASSUNTO

Due to the increase in automation during the transition to maintenance-free ship power plants and the reduction in the number of machine crews, the increase in the number of diagnostic tools during the transition from scheduled preventive maintenance of power plant components to repairs according to their actual technical condition, and an increase in diesel power engines, the optimal choice of the nomenclature and types of monitoring and measuring devices when completing ship power plants in their design process is of great importance in ensuring their efficiency and reliability. The urgency of the issues of increasing the effectiveness of the use of the trawl is presented. The proposed structure of the sensor system to monitor the position and behavior of the trawl. The types and principle of operation of sensors used in order to reduce non-production costs in the field are given.
