The invention relates to a watercraft (1) comprising: one or more interconnected hulls (2) with deck superstructures, at least the at least one hull (2) being predominantly made of a fiber composite material, - a drive (6) for generating propulsion on the water, - a transmitting and receiving system (7) for encrypted data exchange with a distant counter station, - a sensor system (8) which interacts with the processor system (9) to enable unmanned travel of the watercraft (1) at sea - and a processor system (9) with memory (9.1) and program code stored therein, which carries out the control at sea during operation, the processor system (9) having a data connection to the aforementioned at least one transmitting and receiving system (7) and to the has at least one sensor system (8).
