ABSTRACT
Saturation diving has been widely used in various underwater operations, because of its danger, operators need to maintain long-term training to improve their familiarity with the operation process. To meet this requirement, a set of saturated diving simulation training system is designed in this paper. The design of each simulation control platform is consistent with that of the real ship, when students are training at the analog control platform, the electric signal of the corresponding valve is collected by PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) and transfer to the central management system. Then the scoring judgment is given after comparing with the standard training process in the database. The upper computer client displays the operation status in real time. This simulation system is of practical significance to the training of saturated diving operators.
INTRODUCTION
Saturated diving, as the only diving way to expose divers directly to the high-pressure environment, has been widely used in the military and civilian fields such as rescue, submarine construction, underwater resource exploration and marine scientific investigation. After a diver is exposed to a certain depth of pressure for a long time, the inert gas dissolved in the body will reach the full saturation level, even if the exposure time is prolonged, the saturation will no longer increase, the decompression time is the same as the initial saturation. The principle of saturation diving allows divers to stay in high pressure for a few days or even tens of days for a long time, and after the scheduled tasks are completed, only decompress once. Saturated diving operations have a certain degree of danger, requires the operator to have a high degree of familiarity with the system operation panel and operation process, which requires long-term operator training. Simulation training system can be set according to the needs of the training items, and does not need to worry about danger or damage to equipment in the operation process. Simulation software is easier to modify and expand, and the software system can be easily updated to meet the new training needs when the diving depth needs to be further increased in the future. Is suitable for saturation diving training. This paper introduces the principle and design of a set of saturated diving simulation training system. The simulation training system is of practical help to the training of divers and saturated diving operators, enhancing their proficiency to the system and ensuring personal safety during actual diving operations.
