A nutriment or medicament may have a neutral buoyancy for being suspended in a liquid, or at a desired depth within the liquid to improve consumption of the nutriment or medicament and reduce waste. Disclosed also are methods for making and using the neutrally buoyant products. In an embodiment, a solid ingestible composition is configured to be dispersed in an aqueous solution. The ingestible composition is configured to have a density for buoyantly suspending the ingestible composition at a depth below the surface of the aqueous solution.
